All players who want to take part in the tournament must accept the following Terms and Conditions
- The main game type in the Friday Deluxe Tournament is No Limit Hold’em.
- The Friday Deluxe Tournament starts at 20:00 UTC every Friday.
- The type of the Friday Deluxe Tournament is Freezeout.
- To participate in the Friday Deluxe Tournament a player must pay the buy in at the amount of $220.
- The guaranteed prize in the Friday Deluxe Tournament is equal to $5,000.
- In the Friday Deluxe Tournament each player gets 10,000 starting chips.
- In the Friday Deluxe Tournament each blind level lasts 15 minutes.
- Registration is closed after 120 minutes since the Friday Deluxe Tournament has started.
- There can be a maximum of 9 players per table in the Friday Deluxe Tournament.
- There can be no rebuys in the Friday Deluxe Tournament. A player is eliminated when he loses all of his chips in all instances.
- There can be no add ons in the Friday Deluxe Tournament. A player is eliminated when he loses all of his chips in all instances.
- Seats are assigned at random.
- The Friday Deluxe Tournament ends when one Player accumulates all the chips in play.
- Prizes are awarded as stated in the Friday Deluxe Tournament Lobby.
- Entrants must be 18 years of age or over the legal age in their jurisdiction to play in the Friday Deluxe Tournament.
- By buying into the Friday Deluxe Tournament, you grant Ultima Poker the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
- When playing in the Friday Deluxe Tournament you affirm that the name, email address, postal address, and phone number(s) associated with your Ultima Poker account are accurate and valid.
- Players from the same IP address or from the same household are not eligible to participate in the Friday Deluxe Tournament.
- A player found trying to enter with more than one account into the Friday Deluxe Tournament will not be eligible for participating.
- Only English is allowed for communication in the chat in the interest of protecting players from collusion and team play. The use of any other language is forbidden and violators can be blocked from chatting temporarily or on the permanent basis.
- The use of offensive language at the Friday Deluxe Tournament will disqualify a player from participating.
- Any player found colluding or "soft playing" in order to allow another player to win during the Friday Deluxe Tournament will be disqualified and his account will be frozen.
- Any withdrawals made on any winnings at the Friday Deluxe Tournament are subject to Ultima Poker's standard withdrawal procedure and collusion check.
- Prior to playing in the Friday Deluxe Tournament, a player is required to accept these Terms and Conditions. Failure to do so will result in player’s disqualification from participation in the Friday Deluxe Tournament without refund or compensation.
