All players who want to take part in the tournament must accept the following Terms and Conditions
- The main game type in the Galaxy Freezeout Tournament is No Limit Hold’em.
- The Galaxy Freezeout Tournament starts at 21:00 UTC every Saturday.
- The type of the Galaxy Freezeout Tournament is Freezeout.
- To participate in the Galaxy Freezeout Tournament a player must pay the buy in at the amount of $55.
- The guaranteed prize in the Galaxy Freezeout Tournament is equal to $4,000.
- In the Galaxy Freezeout Tournament each player gets 5,000 starting chips.
- In the Galaxy Freezeout Tournament each blind level lasts 10 minutes.
- Registration is closed after 90 minutes since the Galaxy Freezeout Tournament has started.
- There can be a maximum of 9 players per table in the Galaxy Freezeout Tournament.
- There can be no rebuys in the Galaxy Freezeout Tournament. A player is eliminated when he loses all of his chips in all instances.
- There can be no add ons in the Galaxy Freezeout Tournament. A player is eliminated when he loses all of his chips in all instances.
- Seats are assigned at random.
- The Galaxy Freezeout Tournament ends when one Player accumulates all the chips in play.
- Prizes are awarded as stated in the Galaxy Freezeout Tournament Lobby.
- Entrants must be 18 years of age or over the legal age in their jurisdiction to play in the Galaxy Freezeout Tournament.
- By buying into the Galaxy Freezeout Tournament, you grant Ultima Poker the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
- When playing in the Galaxy Freezeout Tournament you affirm that the name, email address, postal address, and phone number(s) associated with your Ultima Poker account are accurate and valid.
- Players from the same IP address or from the same household are not eligible to participate in the Galaxy Freezeout Tournament.
- A player found trying to enter with more than one account into the Galaxy Freezeout Tournament will not be eligible for participating.
- Only English is allowed for communication in the chat in the interest of protecting players from collusion and team play. The use of any other language is forbidden and violators can be blocked from chatting temporarily or on the permanent basis.
- The use of offensive language at the Galaxy Freezeout Tournament will disqualify a player from participating.
- Any player found colluding or "soft playing" in order to allow another player to win during the Galaxy Freezeout Tournament will be disqualified and his account will be frozen.
- Any withdrawals made on any winnings at the Galaxy Freezeout Tournament are subject to Ultima Poker's standard withdrawal procedure and collusion check.
- Prior to playing in the Galaxy Freezeout Tournament, a player is required to accept these Terms and Conditions. Failure to do so will result in player’s disqualification from participation in the Galaxy Freezeout Tournament without refund or compensation.
- In case of any disputes regarding any terms or conditions of the Galaxy Freezeout Tournament, the decision of Ultima Poker management is final.
