All players who want to take part in the tournament must accept the following Terms and Conditions
- The main game type in the Galaxy Rebuy Tournament is No Limit Hold’em.
- The Galaxy Rebuy Tournament starts at 19:00 UTC every Saturday.
- The type of the Galaxy Rebuy Tournament is Rebuy.
- To participate in the Galaxy Rebuy Tournament a player must pay the buy in at the amount of $22.
- The guaranteed prize in the Galaxy Rebuy Tournament is equal to $4,000.
- In the Galaxy Rebuy Tournament each player gets 3,000 starting chips.
- In the Galaxy Rebuy Tournament each blind level lasts 10 minutes.
- Registration is closed after 90 minutes since the Galaxy Rebuy Tournament has started.
- There can be a maximum of 9 players per table in the Galaxy Rebuy Tournament.
- When player loses all of his chips he can rebuy to replenish the chips he has lost with another stack for the same amount of the original buy in and get the same number of starting chips.
- At the end of the rebuy period player can buy add on for the double price of the original buy in and get the double number of starting chips.
- Seats are assigned at random.
- The Galaxy Rebuy Tournament ends when one Player accumulates all the chips in play.
- Prizes are awarded as stated in the Galaxy Rebuy Tournament Lobby.
- Entrants must be 18 years of age or over the legal age in their jurisdiction to play in the Galaxy Rebuy Tournament.
- By buying into the Galaxy Rebuy Tournament, you grant Ultima Poker the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
- When playing in the Galaxy Rebuy Tournament you affirm that the name, email address, postal address, and phone number(s) associated with your Ultima Poker account are accurate and valid.
- Players from the same IP address or from the same household are not eligible to participate in the Galaxy Rebuy Tournament.
- A player found trying to enter with more than one account into the Galaxy Rebuy Tournament will not be eligible for participating.
- Only English is allowed for communication in the chat in the interest of protecting players from collusion and team play. The use of any other language is forbidden and violators can be blocked from chatting temporarily or on the permanent basis.
- The use of offensive language at the Galaxy Rebuy Tournament will disqualify a player from participating.
- Any player found colluding or "soft playing" in order to allow another player to win during the Galaxy Rebuy Tournament will be disqualified and his account will be frozen.
